This double end bag comes complete with bungee cords and adjustable leather strap for easy hanging from floor to the ceiling ready to be attached to your anchor points. The top cord is deliberately cut shorter than the bottom so that the ball rests at correct head height. Compatible with standard ball pump valve. Suitable for home or commercial gym and boxing clubs use.
