A: Simply browse our store, select your product(s), choose your size, and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after your purchase.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum required.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • Delivery Time: 4–6 business days
    Expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days from purchase.

Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with the carrier name and tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we’ll provide a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in new condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery

Q: How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at shop@surfperformancerecovery.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and prepaid return label

  3. Pack your item and drop it off at the specified shipping carrier

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping

  • Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: Also free — we’ve got you covered

Q: How are refunds processed?
A:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: Up to 5 business days after we receive your return

  • Funds typically appear in your account within 10 business days

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes, but only for defective items, which will be replaced with the same product and size. All other products are made-to-order and not eligible for general exchanges.
